San Antonio's Independent Dialysis Center

Kidney Care Built on Relationships, Not Just Treatments

SNG Dialysis Downtown has been serving the San Antonio community for over 15 years. As the city's only remaining independent, physician-owned dialysis center, we offer something the large chains simply cannot: a care team that knows your name, understands your life, and treats you as a whole person.

We provide in-center hemodialysis, home hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis, with bilingual staff and flexible scheduling to meet every patient where they are.
